We are the ...hm, protectors of the lands we live upon. Depending on the school or area of focus, it may range from teaching others to protect themselves to ridding cities of supernatural threats they themselves cannot handle. The bigger the issues, the longer we are away.

One tries. Yet even this old teacher is only human. Instructing is easy and mistakes are commonplace but growing despite them is where the challenge lays. Seeing my students grow beyond what one expects of them has undoubtedly been an surprising journey.
